Terms and Conditions

The Wild Atlantic Camp terms and conditions apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, by mobile device, by email or by telephone (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”). These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online wildatlanticcamp reservation service provided on these pages and through the website (the “service”) are owned, operated and provided by wildatlanticcamp (“us”, “we” or “our”) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

The Wild Atlantic Camp reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these site terms, or any policy or guideline of the site at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any change or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the site and your use of the site will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should review the site terms and its incorporated policies and documents regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the site and the hotel review area.

Office Hours

Office hours are daily from 9am – 5pm. Just so you know, Office Hours are restricted during Low Season (September – May). Please keep in mind that office staff at times may need to vacate the office to fulfill their role and may not be in the office during the outlined times. Check-in Times

From 3pm – 5pm

For late arrivals, please contact the office. It is guest’s individual responsibility to make contact with us if late for check-in times. Bookings made through the website on the same day of arrival need to be made before 5pm (*except for motorhome bays) as staff may not be in the office or available for check-ins unless guests call before 5pm to arrange alternative check-in options.

*Motorhome bays can be booked after 5 pm online as a designated bay will be given to the booker if availability is present.

Payment and deposit policy

The price you see on the site is the full price that you will pay. We will charge you the full booking rate when you make your reservation. A deposit of 30% must be paid to secure your booking.

All rates on the Wild Atlantic Camp website include VAT, unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email.

Due to human error on occasions, Wild Atlantic Camp reserve the right to contact the customer after booking to amend the booked price.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your check-in date at Wild Atlantic Camp.

To cancel your reservation, we must receive in writing your request to cancel to avoid any issues. Please email us and include your name, booking reference number and date. When your cancellation has been confirmed you will receive an email from us. We cannot accept cancellations by phone.

FOR BOOKINGS WHEREBY FULL PAYMENT OF BOOKING FEE IS PAID IN ADVANCE

Should you wish to cancel your booking with us at Wild Atlantic Camp, we will be more than happy to assist you. You are entitled to a refund minus 30% of your Booking Payment Amount which has been paid. Please allow 14 days for a refund to be processed.

Our Terms and Conditions apply to all cancellations made prior to 48 hours from your booking check-in date.

Guests also have the option to move their reservation forward to a future date and carry payment to these dates at no loss (within 48 hours) and we will be more than happy to assist you with this.

FOR BOOKINGS WHEREBY DEPOSITS ONLY ARE PAID IN ADVANCE

All Deposits Paid are NON-REFUNDABLE for any bookings made with Wild Atlantic Camp. Guests will be allowed to move their reservation forward to a future date and carry their deposits paid (strictly within 48 hours) to those future dates and we will be more than happy to assist you with this.

***If a Cancellation is related to a High Season PROMOTIONAL Offer (eg. 2 NIGHT STAY / 3 NIGHT STAY), rebooking must be for the same 2 Night Stay or 3 Night Stay offer value only.

Minimum Age Policies for Bookings

A minimum age policy of 21 years of age at the time of booking applies. Bookings made by persons aged under 21 years without a parent or guardian booked to stay onsite with them will not be permitted. Such bookings will be cancelled and guests will be asked to leave and will not receive a booking deposit or full refund.

We have the right to refuse a booking on the day of arrival if guests are under the minimum age of 21 years of age and who book to stay without an adult to supervise throughout the length of their stay.

Proof of age will be requested from staff and management at check-in. Procedures are in place for bookings made under false pretences. 

Pet Policy

Strictly No Pets are allowed in, around or outside our Luxury Glamping Villas/Glamping Cabins/ Luxury Chalets/ Wooden Pods at any time. Guests are NOT ALLOWED to bring any pet(s) to sleep in any form of transport (except if booked into a motorhome bay) while staying in our accommodation units onsite. Please be aware that all other guests are allowed to report to staff and management if pet(s) are seen and if reported you will be asked to leave your accommodation immediately and no refund will be issued. Please respect our staff and our pet(s) policy. Thank you.

Reservations

All bookings are to be made via our website. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

Limitation of Liability

You waive and covenant not to assert any claims or allegations of any nature whatsoever against Wild Atlantic Camp, or their respective directors, officers, employees or agents arising out of or in any way relating to your use of the site, the services, the content or the materials contained in or accessible through the site, including, without limitation, any claims or allegations relating to the alleged infringement of proprietary rights, alleged inaccuracy of site content, or allegations that Wild Atlantic Camp has or should indemnify, defend or hold harmless you or any third party from any claim or allegation arising from your use or exploitation of the site. You use this site at your own risk.

Wild Atlantic Camp shall not be liable without limitation for any damage caused by or resulting from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to Wild Atlantic Camp records, programmes or services.

Through the website we (Wild Atlantic Camp) provide an online platform through which visitors to the website can make accommodation reservations. By making a reservation through wildatlanticcamp you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with wildatlanticcamp at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we transmitting the details of your reservation to you by sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of wildatlanticcamp.

We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of all areas of the website, including all accommodation information is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, omissions or misleading information contained therein.

The site contains links to third-party websites (“third-party sites”) and third-party content (“third-party content”) as a service to those interested in this information. You use links to third-party sites and third-party content therein at your own risk. The Wild Atlantic Camp does not monitor or have any control over and makes no claim or representation regarding, third-party sites or third-party content. When you leave this site, our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data-gathering practices of any third-party site and should make any and whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with any third party.

Copyright

You may only view, copy and print portions of the site content for your own personal information and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Personal Data

Wild Atlantic Camp respects the privacy of your personal data. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and credit card details for completing your booking with the accommodation of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. By completing a booking, you agree to receive a confirmation email which we will send to you following your reservation. To receive promotional emails or SMS messages from us, you must opt-in to these communications during either the reservation process or via the website homepage.

Jurisdiction of Law

Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by Wild Atlantic Camp its suppliers or providers.

These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction in the Republic of Ireland. Your use of the site means you consent to the personal jurisdiction of Irish courts over you and agree that Republic of Ireland is the convenient forum for the resolution of any such disputes. If you choose to access this site from locations anywhere else in the world as the case may be, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws of such other jurisdictions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
